Who we are

CloudManagedCCTV is a division of Cloudifi Pty Ltd, an Official Verkada Reseller owned and operated by IT industry veteran Andrew Wilmot. Cloudifi Pty Ltd, works virtually and on the ground throughout Australia with Retail, Hospitality, Education, Government and Commercial customers.

Our customers are always welcome to contact the owner of Cloudifi Pty Ltd, Andrew Wilmot. You won't be dealing with a different junior sales team member every time you reach out to us - you will get a Verkada expert, giving you the right answers and pricing first time every time! Andrew has worked in the Information Technology industry for over 20 years in both technical and sales roles and has operated Cloudifi Pty Ltd in Australia for over 9 Years. In addition, he is Police Licensed as a certified Security Agent, Consultant and Installer.

How we work

We begin with a free pre-sales consultation to identify your requirements, show you the product and the Verkada Command Platform, and make recommendations on device selection and placement.

The Cameras or Environmental Sensors are simply installed on the wall or ceiling, and an ethernet cable is run from the device to a POE Switch (your IT network) that provides power to it over that cable.

We find that many customers have the skills to run the cables and install the devices themselves or have a relationship with a local company that can do so for them (Electrician, Data Cabling specialist) and are therefore happy to have us supply only, but we can also provide installation as required across Australia.

Once installed, the devices are added to the Verkada Command Platform (accessed through a web browser over the Internet) by their serial number and the settings customised and alerts configured. Footage is also viewed there and can be distributed instantly to other parties where required.

The Verkada Cloud Command Platform allows us the opportunity to help with the remote configuration of your devices without ever having to be on-site and we are happy to do so if the platform is new to you.  Verkada also offers 24/7 support through the dashboard for any queries you may have.

1. Contact Us to discuss your requirements and arrange a 20 minute demo via Zoom where we will show you a live installation and demonstrate the key features.
2. Optionally, sign up for a free trial and pre-sales consultation so that we can work with you and the team at Verkada to identify your requirements and organise a free device to be sent to you.
3. Receive the Trial gear and get your Electrician to install them based on our recommendations (or we can install them for you), then assist to get them operating in the Verkada Command platform.

Online order processing times

For orders received through the web store we will place the order on Verkada the same day we receive it. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing by Verkada, and 7-10 days for the shipment to arrive.
